Peace be upon you.

Thanks for putting this up. I find it very motivating and uplifting to see such things happening.

You may remember me. I'm Azhari, The big guy that attended your Saturday classes on Imam Nawawi's 40 Hadiths. Wish I could've been more regular, but work's murder. I regret for not attending the last class before you left for the states as I would've really wanted to stay in touch.

I was flipping through the book on 40 Hadiths, when I saw a scribbling of your blog address in one of the pages. I'm glad I still have it which is why I'm here today... I thought that I had totally lost contact.

i've signed up for some Tawhid classes at Darul Arqam, and it's being conducted by Shaykh Zakaria Bagharib. A wise man with oodles of wisdom that just loves to share his experience and sincerely passes down his knowledge with sincerity. He's taking a break from teaching during Ramadhan, and as such, last week's class was taken over by Ustaz Syed Esa Alkaf who said that he knows you very well. I told him that you're currently pursuing your studies in the States, and he is very glad that you are doing so.

Anyways, I could just go on and on... I just wanted to send you my well wishes in your studies and endeavors, and wishing for nothing but the best for you, and to also wish you a blessed Ramadhan, and I sinerely hope that we could stay in touch... Reading your entries about Seattle brought back many pleasant memories. I've been there twice, and I'm hopeful to go there again soon... with a more meaningful purpose... god willing.

Best regards,
Mohamed Azhari Bin Alwie
